Screed - Underfloor Heating

This system works at the lower flow temperatures of 35 -50 degrees dependant on the room heat losses. The floor takes longer to heat up but it will also hold the heat for longer once at temperature. Allowing the room to cool to 15 degrees during off periods is the best way to maintain this floor temperature.

STAPLES are a quick to install, cost effective system that can be fitted into irregular shaped rooms. This offers more flexibility to the position of the underfloor heating pipe work.

CLIP Rail is our mid-range screed fixing solution. The clip rails cater for pipes from 15mm to 20mm providing ready made pipe spacings. The self adhesive tape backing speeds up installation, with little need for tools and provides secure fixing.

Pipes held with panels

RAPID Clip Plate is a quick and simple system to install. The main benefit of the system is the ready made pipe spacing and pipe retaining fixings. Pipes can be spaced as little as 50mm apart, with spacings increasing in multiples of 50mm, giving flexibility to the pipe centres of your project.
